Protection of agricultural lands and open space starts inside the Solano Land Trust offices. While staff’s hearts are outside with the land, much of their time is spent in the office where they could use your help. Whether you’re a high school student, retired, or anywhere in-between, we seek assistance for a wide variety of tasks, including project support (mailings, presentation, data entry), and miscellaneous administrative help. If you have the time and interest in becoming a regular office volunteer, we will provide training and more responsibility.
If your interest lies in helping us in the equally important arena of special events, we have plenty of work there too! Whether you can assist with parking at a Rush Ranch event, or helping with set-up, cleanup, food preparation and service, ticket sales, or any of the other countless important aspects of successful event planning and implementation, we can put your time and skills to excellent use.
If you’re interested in helping Solano Land Trust with our day-to-day or special event tasks, please contact Teri Engbring, Volunteer and Education Coordinator, x200, teri@solanolandtrust.org
